Would This Optical Mouse Work?

I looked-for a mouse for my PC but found this one. I know it says Laptop but can I still use it anyway ? And except, Why ?

It should work fine !!
Mice in standard are lazy creatures and uncommonly hold a job for longer than a few days. If they do work, they are commonly employed at low paying jobs as research subjects. Your mouse may work, but do not depend on him for support. Get your own work and make sure you are taken consideration of in any eventuality.
