I am trying to install a netgear wireless USB adapter to my window 98. It has the required requirments to run the wireless program. I install the disk software but when I plug surrounded by the adapter to install more software something pops up saying, Please insert the disk labeled 'Windows 98 standard editon' Is in attendance any way to carry around this problem of the disk without have the disk?

What is your computer manufractuer? If it is Dell or HP (or something like that) The system restore disks should suffice!
Nope....sry you gotta carry your hands on that disk look on Ebay or amazon
