Start by providing details! What program isnt it working contained by? Did you try it with the software that come with it? Did you follow the procedures within the installation manual?
Take the compact disc that came near it and install the drivers, shutdown your computer, plug the webcam into the USB port then reboot; when window loads it will search for the drivers.
i other get that, what i do is budge unplug the webcam cord from the tower and just plug it hindmost in and it go back to working!!
i assume you have to run the program it come with
install the drivers found on the manufacture website.. make sure your workstation detects it.. when it plugs it in you should here a nouns .. or the new hardware dialog box should pop up.. if its not recognize it try different usb ports
Well when I got that problem it be usually as simple as the Webcam wasn't plugged into the USB Port properly. Just make sure it is plugged surrounded by all the route and a good nouns then start it again.
