it's already contained by a atx case, if your asking will the parts fit surrounded by a smaller case i'd voice no there are several types of atx cases i.e. mini tower, mid tower and full tower

contained by my experience a full tower atx motherboard won't fit in a midtower armour. same for most others'

as long as the board and case are compatable the other components will work though.

i've swapped e-machine motherboards into white box cases because the e-machine requires a special mini power supply which is problematic contained by my experience and alsost more expensive to replace.

you'll just enjoy to find out what type of board is in the dell consequently get a baggage for that board size wise.
The online documentation isn't clear but it looks resembling it has an ATX motherboard, so it should fit surrounded by an ATX case.
