Your camra's drivers are not compatable beside vista I sugjest to fix this you will need to run to your camras web site and download the drivers that will allow it to work on vista.
download the software for the camera within your computer if u have the cd. save try a different usb cable. u can also try to download the camera software from the manufacturer's website.
1st something to know about, if u hold recent used device like printer,cam or any other device u own to connect all the device while installing your VISTA OS this is the best division of all. This aim that all the driver will automatically install if it support that fastidious device. If u do not connect than u have to install manually.
