It is difficult to say minus knowing what mouse you are using.
It could be the 4th mouse button (typically used as back in pattern browsers).
It could be an Establish connection beside wireless base station button.
It could be something else.
it's to scroll the page down so you don't have to move the mouse
You own to install the Mouse's CD. Then you can choose an undertaking for the button.
