Why would my mouse and the ivories stop working?

my mom be showing me some pics on her computer and all of the sudden the grand piano and mouse stopped working. we tried unplugging them then plugging them final in but they still won't work. what would create this and how to i fix it when i can't use mouse or keyboard. adjectives i can do is turn the computer on and off by hitting the button.

because my PC be full of viruses and spy ware thank Toni again for spending closing night getting this entry up and running. PS if my sims2 neigborhood is empty I gonna label you come over here and fix it. LMAO tell Toni appreciation again
Man most of the time Logitech and other hadware accesories do that. The best way to fix the problem is by trying to connect another the ivories and mouse to the computer and setting the old one as a fauty.





Most of the time the problem isn't that at adjectives. The system could have regitered it as a virus alter- which way that this will automatically disconnect the affected port(s). My suggestion to you man, is to get the accesories form the most important company or try to get one that have benn tested to the capabilty to go through these things.

Try to enter BIOS by pressing F1 or Del formerly Windows start to load. If it works, your baby grand is OK but your operating system is not. Try pressing F8 before Windows start loading, after enter Safe Mode. Do a system restore.



If you can not enter Safe Mode and you are using Win XP, you could consider repairing it with this:

If you can not even enter BIOS because F1 or Del does not work, you may enjoy a hardware problem. Try using a different keyboard. If it does not work, it is a motherboard problem.
