the one and only advantage of 8600gt is its DX10 Support

8600 gt is freshly 150$





if you have 250$ budget I suggest you to spend an extra 20$ and to progress for 8800 gts 320 mb costs 279$, which is the ultimate card for your budget and actions

There really are a broad range of 8600 and 8800 cards to choose from very soon. I would stear away from the Ultras though they are a Waste of Money! in a year or so they will be selling for a couple hundred bucks!
