That was different strike types. First find out what RAM your motherboard support(Check on existing ram usually get a sticker that gives you the needed information) and after get the right RAM.
i would run with the better gskill, of late my opion, and yes all the mem programmed should work as long as your comp supports dual channel,anything that current should!
