did you look surrounded by my computer for cd rom?



or device manager for missing drivers?
could be problem near CMOS settings. Have you checked the cd-rom drive settings are alright ? and you have plugged within the cd drive wires into correct places.
This is an easy one. your cd-rom died dude! you are going to enjoy to replace it.
