No, as the video card memory have nothing to do beside with the motherboard's RAM.



However, since you mentioned that you hold a PC-133 memory (Which is a little outdated.) and having a video card that have DDR memory (Which seems to insinuate a colleagues gap between devices.) I suggest you double check where on earth the video card uses a slot that is supported by your motherboard. (PCI or AGP.)

To know if you can use a video card you have to know what the interface is (PCI, AGP, or PCIexpress) after you have to know what your computer is set up for. It is really easy to buy to much video card for your computer. Especially if you still enjoy old memory such as PC 133
Please do not verbs system RAM on your motherboard (PC133) with videoram on the graphics card (ddr, ddr2 or ddr3). They are different and work separately.



The video card w/ ddr will emphatically work as long as it is compatible with the graphics port of your PC which could most potential be AGP.
