Hmm, that two video cards are bizarre, I don't remember any ATI Radeon 9500 on PCI-E. Are you sure this video card will fit on your computer?



Not to mention the ATI Express 1100 is a BUILT-IN video card, which means that video card can solely be built in inside the motherboard, and not be bought as an AGP or PCI-Express card.



Anyway to answer your sound out, the ATI 1100 is definitely better than the ATI 9500. The 1100 is a Direct X 9c compatible video card while the 9500 is solely a Direct X 9a compatible one, meaning it have more features that games could use to increase it's graphical quality. Performance clever though, they're kinda similar.
