Why won't the webcam on my dv6000 turn on?

Okay..I've asked this press before and ...why won't my webcam turn on?



I go to (in vista) HP Pavillion Webcam folder and the only choice is to 'uninstall.'



I clicked that and gave me 3 option: Repair, Modify, and Uninstall.



Now what?

ive got like peas in a pod laptop actually im on it right presently the way you bring back to the webcam is by opening quickplay...itll be surrounded by there fiddler around surrounded by there n ull find it i dont remember exactly where on earth it is. but itll be in nearby
