is a Nvidia 6150 better or worse than the ATI radeon 9500?

If that 6150 is integrated (built in to the motherboard), consequently it's less than partly as fast as the 9500.
i mull over nvidia 6150 better but i think you should draw from at least
ati x1300 or step for nvidia 7 series
